– Arrival on December 26
– Two night in Dakar (Sobo Bade), 2mn from the beach.
– On December 28, heading for the Sahel.
– From December 29 to January 4, immersion in the ADUNA’M space. Workshop with mestre Jorge Itapuã Beiramar: Capoeira meets Yoga.
– January 5, Return to Dakar (Sobo Bade)
– On January 6, Takeoff.

A DEPOSIT OF 200 € IS TO BE PAID TO THE RESERVATION. THE BALANCE (445 EUROS) SHALL BE PAID AT LEAST 1 MONTH BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE STAY.
